Frittata-style eggs 
with sausage, green pepper, and cheese

1/2 package of crescent dough
1/2 lb. sausage (any flavor)
4 eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 medium green pepper
1/2 to 3/4 cup of shredded cheese (I like cheddar)
1 tsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. parsley and onion powder

Step 1: I used 1/2 of a Pillsbury crescent dough package to layer the bottom of the (oven friendly) pan. 

Step 2: Brown sausage

Step 3: Dice green pepper 

Step 4: Mix eggs, milk, parsley, onion powder, and flour 

Step 5: Add cheese to egg mixture 

***This is what you should have so far!***

Step 6: Drain sausage and put in pan on top of crescent dough

Step 7: Bake at 350 degrees for apprx. 40 minutes (Double check with a fork because this will rise. 
If eggs are 'soupy,' make sure to bake for a few minutes longer.)

Step 8: Remove from pan 

Step 9: ENJOY!
